Yes! We are in the process of adding trade account to the site. In the meantime, you can email dolorna.atelier@gmail.com with your business name, mailing address, phone number, license/business certificate and resale certificate for a 20% discount and tax exemption.
Yes. As long as the order hasn't been shipped, you can email us at dolorna.atelier@gmail.com with the correct address
In-stock items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Return shipping is not included, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Vintage items, original art, and art prints are non-returnable.
Currently we ship to U.S. and Canadian addresses. If you live outside of the Continental U.S. and would like to place an order, just email us at dolorna.atelier@gmail.com for a custom quote.
Typically items are shipped within 1-3 business days and shipping speed is estimated based on the option you choose. Vintage and original art may take longer to fulfill due to packing requirements. Also, fulfillment times may be longer during the holidays.
