Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Vintage items may take additional time to pack and ship. Once shipped, UPS Ground typically delivers within 2–7 business days depending on your location. You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves us.

Yes. A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order has shipped. You can use this number directly on the UPS website to follow your package in real time.

We are so sorry if this happens. Every order is packed with great care, but if something arrives damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at dolorna.atelier@gmail.com with photos of the damage and your order number. We will work quickly to make it right.

We accept returns on in-stock items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at dolorna.atelier@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Return shipping is not included.

All vintage items, art and art prints are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. Please review these items carefully before purchasing — we are always happy to answer questions or share additional photos before you commit.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was damaged in transit or we made an error with your order. In those cases, Dolorna will cover return shipping in full.

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.

Yes, in almost all cases. For handcrafted or one-of-a-kind pieces, there may be slight natural variations in texture, color, or finish — this is typically noted in the product description and is part of what makes each piece special.

Vintage items in our shop are sourced, curated one-of-a-kind pieces. Because they are unique finds, they are considered final sale — we cannot guarantee restocking of any specific vintage item once it sells.

All vintage pieces and original art are one-of-a-kind, so only one is available. Because most of our in-stock goods are handmade, we sometimes run out of stock.
