Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

• Standard UPS Ground Shipping (5–7 business days)
• Free Ground shipping on orders $200+, excluding vintage items and artwork/prints
  

International Shipping

At this time we don't have international shipping set up. Feel free to email us at dolorna.atelier@gmail.com if you're interested in shipping something outside of the U.S.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Return Window

Select items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method. This excludes all vintage items, artwork, and art prints, which are final sale.

Eligibility

• Items must be unopened, unused, and in original condition with tags attached/no damaged packaging
• Final sale items, vintage, and art/prints are not eligible for return or exchange.
  

How to Start a Return

Email us at dolorna.atelier@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. 

• Customer is liable for all shipping charges in the event of a returned order. Dolorna Atelier does cover return shipping charges for items that were sent incorrectly or damaged in transit.

Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges for a different size or color of the same item, subject to availability. To request an exchange, follow the same process as a return.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation when it's complete.
